Job Description
In collaboration we are working with an awardwinning multilicensed broker who offers online CFD trading on FX crypto oil metals shares and indices and seeking to onboard Head of Finance to join their team in Limassol.
Location: Limassol Cyprus
Work model: onsite
Employment type: Fulltime
Remuneration: base salary.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Collaborate with the CFO and departments to create and present the companys annual budget
- Monitor budget performance recommending costsaving measures and implementing improvements
- Provide financial insights and alternatives to enhance performance
- Manage capital requests budgeting processes and financial reporting
- Prepare detailed reports on financial status risks and forecasts
- Assist in developing financial and tax strategies with the CFO
- Deliver key financial figures to executive management and CFO on a regular basis
- Conduct business studies and develop forecast models based on past present and future performance
- Oversee cash management and funding for operations and projects
- Conduct financial assessments of counterparties and banks
- Review incentive calculations and monitor KPIs for revenuegenerating functions
- Evaluate profitability of products and services collaborating with departments to address gaps
- Review statutory financial statements and maintain banking relationships.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Accounting or Finance. CFA certification will be considered as an advantage
- Fluent in English both verbal and written
- Previous experience in finance ideally within financial intermediary firms
- Strong knowledge of International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with advanced skills in MS Excel
- Experience with financial modeling and data analysis
- Excellent command of financial planning reporting and tax strategy development
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Strong analytical critical thinking and problemsolving abilities
- Leadership and team management experience
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- High proficiency in financial data analysis and the ability to spot patterns
- Strong verbal and written communication skills including the ability to deliver presentations to senior management
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with executivelevel management.
