What Youll Do:
As IT Support Manager you lead the team of IT support specialists manage technical issues and ensure the efficient operation of all IT services.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the IT support team to ensure optimal performance.
- Oversee the resolution of technical issues to ensure the smooth operation of IT services.
- Develop and implement IT support policies procedures and best practices.
- Monitor system performance ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
- Collaborate with other departments to identify and address their IT needs.
- Provide timely and effective solutions for technical challenges.
- Train and mentor IT support staff to foster growth and development.
- Manage IT support budgets and allocate resources efficiently.
- Ensure the security integrity and reliability of IT systems.
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers to maintain quality IT services.
- Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies to improve IT processes.
- Prepare and present reports on IT support activities and team performance.

Requirements:
The successful candidates for this role should meet the following conditions:
- Bachelors degree in Information Technology or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in IT support with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of IT support processes tools and best practices.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and motivate a team.
