Responsibilities:
- Ensure the stability and reliability of IT services providing essential backup support and minimizing any risks associated with relying on a single individual for key IT functions.
- Share your expertise by facilitating crosstraining and contributing to a more resilient and efficient IT department.
- Support the distribution of IT tasks especially during peak periods or staffing changes ensuring consistent performance and availability.
- Drive efficiency by reducing the response time for IT issues helping to boost productivity and offering timely technical support.
- Grow your knowledge in specialized areas such as network management security or user support allowing you to deliver targeted highquality service.
- Play a crucial role in maintaining uninterrupted IT operations particularly during unexpected absences or transitions through proactive support and maintenance.
- Help scale IT capabilities in line with the organizations growth ensuring that systems and processes evolve to meet increasing demands.
- Elevate the quality of IT services through diligent maintenance troubleshooting and continuous improvement of processes.
Requirements:
- Deep knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
- Proven experience in building scalable secure systems.
- A Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
- At least 2 years of proven experience in a similar role with a solid understanding of IT systems networking and troubleshooting techniques.
- While not mandatory certifications such as CompTIA A Network or Microsoft Certified IT Professional are a strong advantage.
- Detailoriented with the ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues efficiently. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work collaboratively are essential.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to think strategically.
