Job Description:
Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Healthcare Operations Manager to oversee and enhance the daily operations of our healthcare facility. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare management exceptional leadership skills and a passion for improving patient care and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Operational Oversight: Manage and optimize the daytoday operations of the healthcare facility ensuring smooth workflow and adherence to regulatory standards.
Staff Management: Supervise mentor and support healthcare staff including administrative personnel medical assistants and clinical staff. Facilitate staff training and development programs.
Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets monitor financial performance and identify costsaving opportunities. Ensure accurate billing and coding practices.
Quality Improvement: Implement and oversee quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care safety and satisfaction. Monitor key performance indicators and address areas for improvement.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations standards and policies. Prepare for and manage accreditation and certification processes.
Patient Relations: Address patient concerns and complaints ensuring a high level of customer service and satisfaction.
Data Management: Oversee the management of electronic health records (EHR) and other healthcare technologies. Ensure data accuracy and security.
Strategic Planning: Contribute to strategic planning and operational decisionmaking. Identify and implement process improvements and innovative solutions.
Collaboration: Work closely with physicians nurses and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated and efficient patient care.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Healthcare Administration Business Administration or related field (Masters degree preferred).
Minimum of 3 years of experience in healthcare operations or management roles with at least 2 years in a leadership position.
Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations compliance requirements and best practices.
Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in healthcare management software and electronic health record systems.
Proven ability to manage budgets analyze financial reports and implement costsaving measures.
Strong problemsolving skills and a commitment to continuous improvement.
