The Customer Success team primarily supports our services users (artists) in music distribution and activities. Amidst the daily influx of new songs being distributed they ensure that artists uploaded songs meet the requirements of various distribution platforms. Their responsibilities include handling user inquiries curating music for playlists and planning and executing customer success strategies to create an environment where independent artists can continue to challenge themselves in their music careers.

Annual Salary:JPY The above amount is indicative. The actual salary will be determined based on experience and ability. Evaluation will be comprehensive taking into account skills knowledge practical ability and communication skills.
Hours: Flextime system
8 hours a day with a core time from 12:00 16:00 JST
2 days off per week (weekends) as well as national holidays yearend and New Year holidays etc.
5 days of paid holidays upon joining the company (can be taken in halfday or oneday increments)

Other special leave may be granted depending on the situation
