Customer Service Executive (English and Japanese Speaker)

Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of authorizations and appointments.
- Manage incoming calls from Japanese healthcare providers Military Treatment Facilities translators and patients.
- ist in resolving claims issues for providers and patients by coordinating with our teams.
- Input claims data into the system.
- Occasionally translate invoices from Japanese to English.
About You:
- Preferably have experience in claims and billing.
- Possess strong customer service ss.
- Knowledge of hospital or medical administration is a plus.
- Bachelors degree is desirable.
- Language Requirements:
- Professionallevel English
- Nativelevel Japanese
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
