Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accurate and timely processing of authorizations and appointments.
• Manage incoming calls from Japanese healthcare providers Military Treatment Facilities translators and patients.
• ist in resolving claims issues for providers and patients by coordinating with our teams.
• Input claims data into the system.
• Occasionally translate invoices from Japanese to English.

About You:

• Preferably have experience in claims and billing.
• Possess strong customer service ss.
• Knowledge of hospital or medical administration is a plus.
• Bachelors degree is desirable.
• Language Requirements:
  • Professionallevel English
  • Nativelevel Japanese
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
