Competencies Expected

Roles and Responsibilities


  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify negotiate and secure partnerships with creative marketing agencies media buying agencies and MarkTech companies to drive growth and increased utilization of enhanced catalog ads platform
  • Distribution Channel expansion: Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities that align with the companys strategic direction.
  • Promotional Campaigns: Collaborate with marketing teams to design and implement promotional campaigns and exclusive offers through partner channels to boost customer acquisition and retention.
  • Crossfunctional Coordination: Work closely with product marketing and sales teams to align partnership goals with overall business objectives and ensure seamless of joint initiatives.
  • Market Analysis: Continuously assess the competitive landscape and partnership opportunities through market analysis and understanding of industry trends.
  • Contract Management: Oversee the negotiation implementation and management of contracts with new and existing partners.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) for each partnership. Monitor analyze and report on the effectiveness of partnerships and adjust strategies as needed.

Requirements


  • Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field is preferred.
  • 2 to 5 years of experience in the D2C ecommerce marketing domain preferably in a partnership or alliances role.
  • Proven track record of successfully achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation and problemsolving abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and engage prospects.
  • Strong research and analytical skills to identify and qualify leads.
  • Proficiency in using Excel/Google Sheets to maintain data
  • Selfmotivated goaloriented and able to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Experience in developing and executing partnership strategies to drive business growth.
  • Familiarity with social media marketing for D2C brands especially Meta Marketing is preferred.
