Job purpose
The Project Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of the project development from inception to completion. This includes planning budgeting coordinating with various stakeholders and ensuring that all project milestones are met on time within scope and budget. The role requires strong leadership technical knowledge and a deep understanding of real estate development processes particularly in the hospitality sector.

Responsibilities
- Project Planning & :
- Develop comprehensive project plans outlining timelines milestones and resource allocation.
- Lead the project team in the of the project plan ensuring alignment with the companys strategic objectives.
Budget Management:
- Prepare and manage project budgets ensuring that all expenditures align with financial plans.
- Monitor and control project costs making adjustments as necessary to ensure financial objectives are met.
Stakeholder Management:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all project stakeholders including investors contractors architects and internal teams.
- Regularly update stakeholders on project progress risks and issues ensuring transparency and collaboration.
- Risk Management:
- Identify potential risks to the project and develop mitigation strategies.
- Monitor risk factors throughout the project lifecycle adjusting plans as necessary to avoid disruptions.
- Quality Assurance:
- Ensure that all work is performed in compliance with company standards regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality audits to verify the standard of work.
- Contract Management:
- Oversee the drafting negotiation and administration of contracts with vendors contractors and consultants.
- Ensure all contractual obligations are met and handle any disputes that arise.
Team Leadership:
- Lead and motivate the project team fostering a collaborative and highperformance culture.
- Provide guidance support and training to team members as needed.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure all aspects of the project comply with local regional and national regulations particularly regarding building codes environmental impact and labor laws.
- Liaise with government authorities and agencies to secure necessary permits and approvals.
Project CloseOut:
- Manage the project closeout process ensuring all documentation is completed and the project is handed over to operations seamlessly.
- Conduct postproject reviews to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
Education:
- Bachelors degree in Civil Engineering Construction Management Architecture or related field.
- A masters degree in Project Management or related field is preferred.
- Experience:
- 7 years of experience in project management within the real estate or hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of managing largescale hotel development projects from inception to completion.
Certifications:
- PMP (Project Management Professional) or equivalent certification is strongly preferred.

- Understanding of financial models and return on investment (ROI) calculations in real estate development.
