Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role managing projects in Savannah and surrounding areas. As the PM you may be responsible for managing all aspects of a project from preconstruction through completion from executing the initial contract and developing the construction plan to budgeting and managing delivery of components scheduling subcontractors and anything else needed to deliver excellent quality projects on time and on budget.
Qualifications
- 610 years of Commercial Construction experience
- Endtoend Project Management experience in commercial industrial government healthcare or related sectors
- Ability to manage groundup projects and large renovation projects individually or as part of a team
- Proficiency with scheduling (Suretrak MS Project) and BIM software and processes
- Budgeting proficiency
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Problemsolving and decisionmaking capabilities
- Commitment to quality work developing new skills and being a valued colleague and partner to clients
- Bachelors degree in Construction Management Engineering or related field preferred
