Job Description
Position: Construction Supervisor
Job Description:
As a Construction Supervisor you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of construction projects from planning and budgeting to and completion. You will work closely with our clients contractors and team members to ensure projects are completed on time within budget and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and schedule construction projects including resource allocation and budget management
Oversee and monitor project progress ensuring compliance with plans specifications and safety regulations
Coordinate with clients contractors and team members to ensure timely and efficient completion of projects
Conduct regular site visits and inspections to ensure work is being carried out according to plans and specifications
Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process
Maintain accurate project documentation including progress reports change orders and budget updates
Ensure compliance with all building codes regulations and safety standards
Mentor and train junior team members to ensure their professional growth and development
Continuously seek ways to improve project efficiency and quality
Requirements:
A bachelors degree in Engineering from a governmental university is a must.
5 experience as a Construction Supervisor or similar role in the construction industry for big projects is a must.
Indepth knowledge of construction processes building codes and safety regulations
Strong leadership and project management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications
Proficient in MS Office and project management software
