Job Description

Grosvenor Casino Blackpool are on the lookout for a confident and enthusiastic Electronic Gaming Supervisor to own the electronic gaming experience driving performance across our slots and etables offering.

As the supervisor in charge you will:

  • Lead support and develop a highly capable electronic gaming team
  • Maintain brand standards across all electronic products delivering revenue growth above budget managing KPIs and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Drive the performance of the electronic gaming machines proactively driving stakes across slots and etables controlling margin and costs to drive casino profitability.
  • Work closely with the Casino Manager Hosting and central electronic support department to ensure Slots & etable games are optimised for your club.

Qualifications :

Outside of understanding Slots & EGaming machines youll have an extremely high attention to detail and will be able to demonstrate best in class customer service.

Having a commercial mindset will be advantageous and as youll be leading a team; youll need high empathy and strong core values.


Additional Information :

Applicants must have a valid PFL.
