As the Manager HR Tech you will play a crucial role in driving and implementing various HR technology initiatives across multiple facets such as Talent Acquisition Performance Management Rewards Employee Listening and other critical HR processes. This role demands strategic where youll leverage your expertise to enhance operational efficiency and user experience through the effective deployment of HR technology solutions
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Oversight:
Take ownership and lead the of HR technology initiatives aligned with organizational and HR strategies.
Offer strategic guidance leveraging your deep understanding of HR technology trends to foster innovation and continuous improvement.
2. Project Leadership:
Manage and oversee the implementation of diverse HR technology projects ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
Collaborate with technology partners to introduce new tools and maintain a robust Digital HR Technology landscape.
3. Technology Proficiency:
Stay updated with the latest HR technology trends fostering improvements in user experience and operational efficiency.
Expand expertise in HR Data Management People Analytics and HR Process Automation through selflearning and relevant certifications.
4. Change Management and Collaboration:
Collaborate with HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to drive change management initiatives ensuring seamless adoption of digital HR solutions.
Partner with Corporate HR Business HR CoEs and People Experience Center to fortify the data foundation and streamline people processes using digital platforms.
5. Data Analysis and Visualization:
Analyze HR data identifying digitization opportunities analyzing outcomes and determining visualization requirements.
Support in implementing HR Data Warehousing solutions by integrating all data sources and help provide datadriven insights to the HR department.
6. Innovation and Advanced Analytics:
Provide inputs for develop new KPIs and Data Models for Advanced Analytics Use Cases.
Conduct periodic audits of HR data and operational parameters to drive ongoing improvements.

Your team : You will have a team of 12 HR Technology professionals and an opportunity to partner with and learn from colleagues across HR Tech Corporate HR and Corporate IT Team.

Who are we looking for
Key Skills (Must Have)
Proven experience in HR processes digitalization and experience in overseeing implementations of HR technologies like SAP SuccessFactors Workday Phenom etc.
Strong TechnoFunctional understanding of Recruitment Onboarding Performance Management Talent Development Compensation Payroll Time Management etc
Exposure to some of the leading SaaS HRMS products and an understanding of HRMS Data Structure.
Good understanding of Data Warehousing or BI solutions using HR data from major cloud based HRMS solutions (e.g. SuccessFactors Workday Oracle).
Proven track record in managing IT projects within stipulated budgets and timelines
Proficiency in change management initiatives including preparation of training guides SOPs and conducting training sessions
Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey information effectively to diverse stakeholders.
Strong analytical skills to comprehend HR data identify digitalization needs and derive actionable insights.
Familiarity with project financial management and budgeting.
Key Skills (Nice to Have)
Business Analyst certification.
IT project management certification (e.g. Project Management Professionals certification).
HR Operations Process Proficiency
Education
A bachelor s degree in computer science and or an MBA in HR.
Experience
6 8 years of progressive experience in HR Technology or related fields.
