Job Title: Onboarding Specialist
Job Overview: We are looking for a detailoriented and customerfocused Onboarding Specialist to join our team. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring that new employees have a smooth and positive experience when joining the company. The ideal candidate is organized possesses excellent communication skills and is dedicated to creating a seamless onboarding process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage and facilitate the full onboarding process for new hires.
- Ensure all prehire documentation and background checks are completed.
- Create update and deliver orientation materials including welcome packages and onboarding schedules.
- Conduct virtual or inperson orientation sessions for new employees.
- Provide new hires with resources and tools for a successful start.
- Coordinate with internal teams (HR IT Finance) to ensure system access equipment and training are in place.
- Collect feedback from new hires to improve the onboarding process.
- Track onboarding progress and address any issues that may arise.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field.
- Proven experience in onboarding or HRrelated roles (13 years preferred).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient with HR software (HRIS) and onboarding systems.
- Ability to work collaboratively across teams and adapt to a fastpaced environment.
- Detailoriented with a customerfirst mindset.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary: $50000 $65000 annually (based on experience)
