Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detailoriented Junior Software Development Analyst to join our dynamic software development team. This entrylevel role is ideal for recent graduates or individuals with limited professional experience who are eager to contribute to software development projects and grow their technical skills in a collaborative environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Assist in Software Development: Collaborate with senior developers to design code test and debug software applications. Participate in the development of new features and enhancements.
- Analyze Requirements: Work with business analysts and stakeholders to understand and document software requirements. Assist in translating these requirements into technical specifications.
- Quality Assurance: Test and validate software to ensure it meets quality standards and performs as expected. Identify and report bugs and assist in troubleshooting and resolving issues.
- Documentation: Create and maintain documentation for software applications including user guides technical manuals and process flows.
- Support: Provide support for software applications including addressing user queries and issues. Assist in maintaining and updating existing software systems.
- Continuous Learning: Stay current with industry trends technologies and best practices. Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Computer Science Software Engineering Information Technology or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with programming languages such as Java C# Python or JavaScript. Understanding of software development methodologies and principles.
- Analytical Skills: Strong problemsolving skills and the ability to analyze and interpret complex information.
- Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
- Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail with a focus on accuracy and quality in all tasks.
- Experience: 02 years of relevant experience or internships in software development or ITrelated roles.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g. Git).
- Knowledge of SQL and database management.
- Familiarity with software development tools and frameworks (e.g. Agile Scrum).
