Job Description
Experienced Epiccertified Principal Trainer (PT) needed for Long Term Care (EpicCare Clinical Documentation) and Intermediate Care Facility (EpicCare Clinical Documentation) end users super users and trainthetrainer training. Candidates must have completed and active certifications and listed minimum experience required for assigned Epic applications:
Long Term Care Facility Principal Trainer Must be certified in the following:
EpicCare Clinical Documentation Curriculum Certification
Long Term Care Certification (LTC500)
TED105 Training Wheels Behind the Scenes
TED300 Training Environment Build Certification
2 years minimum experience as a EpicCare Clinical Application Principal Trainer through a full implementation from pilot for customer build
Previous MST Build experience on EpicCare Clinical Application at project implementation (prego live MST build)
Intermediate Care Facility Principal Trainer Must be certified in the following:
EpicCare Clinical Documentation Curriculum Certification

2 years minimum experience as a EpicCare Clinical Application Principal Trainer through a full implementation from pilot for customer build

Key Duties:
Developing rolebased training content independently or with team members using a variety of software
programs tools and applications such as Microsoft Office.
Designing developing and maintaining instructional materials.
Maintaining policy and procedure documentation.
Incorporating feedback from others into existing training and training administration procedures
Learning new content and consulting with subject matter experts to develop training materials and answer
any participant questions.
Assisting with building and testing of training environments (MST environments) and providing support and troubleshooting issues.
Collaborating with other trainers by cofacilitating classroom instruction and assisting with exercises as
needed.
Preparing training lessons printing materials andsetting up the training room and environment prior to
the training session.
Presenting information verbally and in writing in a clearand easytounderstand manner.
Following up with trainees outside of the classroom tooffer additional support.
Serving as an expert educator to state staff.
Training and credentialing additional classroom trainersas needed (trainthetrainer).
Training staff and end users by teaching technical topicsas needed.
Support curriculum and training development forthirdparty applications as needed by management
Managing application assignments byprioritizing assignments and by creating and adhering to timelines
