Youll interact with clients daily solving their problems answering their questions and ensuring they receive topnotch service.
Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Interaction: Serve as the main point of contact for customers via phone email and chat addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and friendly manner.
- Problem Solving: Handle customer complaints or issues by investigating the problem providing solutions and following up to ensure complete satisfaction.
- Product & Service Knowledge: Stay uptodate on our services and products to accurately assist customers and provide them with the best possible experience.
- Order & Account Management: Assist customers with order inquiries updates returns and processing payments ensuring their accounts are up to date.
- FollowUp: Make followup calls or send emails to customers after resolving issues to ensure they are happy with the resolution and overall experience.
- Collaborate with Internal Teams: Work closely with other departments to escalate issues communicate customer feedback and provide insight into potential improvements.
- Data Management: Accurately record customer interactions and issues in the CRM system keeping detailed logs for reference and reporting purposes.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- A minimum of a Matric certificate is required.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related role is highly preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and customer management software.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a customerfirst attitude.
