Job Opportunity: Fabrication Inspector at Atlas Transformers India Ltd
Location: vadodara Gujarat
About the Role:
As a Fabrication Inspector you will be responsible for overseeing the quality and accuracy of fabrication processes in our transformer manufacturing operations. Your attention to detail will ensure that our products meet rigorous industry standards and client specifications.
Qualifications:
- Education:
- Diploma or Bachelor s degree in Mechanical Engineering Manufacturing Engineering or a related field.
- Experience:
- 35 years of experience in fabrication inspection or a similar role preferably in the transformer or heavy manufacturing industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inspection and Quality Control:
- Inspect fabricated components and assemblies for adherence to design specifications drawings and quality standards.
- Conduct thorough inspections of welding machining and assembly processes to ensure compliance with engineering requirements.
- Documentation and Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of inspections tests and nonconformance issues.
- Prepare detailed inspection reports and communicate findings to the production and engineering teams.
- Compliance and Standards:
- Ensure that all fabrication activities comply with relevant industry standards codes and regulations.
- Verify that materials and components meet required specifications and quality criteria.
- Collaboration:
- Work closely with fabrication and engineering teams to resolve quality issues and implement corrective actions.
- Provide feedback and recommendations for process improvements to enhance product quality and efficiency.
- Safety and Protocol:
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
- Ensure that all inspection procedures align with company safety and quality assurance policies.
