Job Summary:
Telesales Executive will be responsible for generating sales over the phone by reaching out to potential customers & promoting company products & services. This role involves cold calling following up on leads answering customer enquiries & closing sales to meet targets.
Responsibilites:
Making outbound calls to potential customers to introduce company products & services
Handling inbound calls from customers interested in purchasing or inquiring about company products & services
Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns referrals or previous interactions.
Meet or exceed monthly sales targets
Follow up with customers postsale to ensure satisfaction & offer additional services or products when appropriate.
Build & maintain positive relationships with clients to encourage repeat business.
Addressing customer complaints & issues effectively.
Collect feedback from customers for enhancing their satisfaction.
We would be providing monthly incentives besides fixed salary based on the number of sales achieved per month
The candidate should have atleast 2 years of relevant proven experience in telesales strong phone handling & verbal communication skills results driven with a focus on achieving sales targets.
