Overview:
The Adobe Target Specialist plays a crucial role in our organization by leading the development implementation and optimization of personalized digital experiences and marketing campaigns using Adobe Target. They work closely with crossfunctional teams to gather requirements and execute strategies that drive customer engagement and conversion rates.
Key Responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing A/B and multivariate tests using Adobe Target to improve website performance and user experience
- Developing personalized content and recommendations based on user behavior and segmentation
- Utilizing Adobe Analytics to track and analyze campaign performance and provide insights for optimization
- Collaborating with marketing and creative teams to create and execute targeted marketing campaigns
- Monitoring and analyzing customer data to identify opportunities for personalization and optimization
- Implementing and maintaining Adobe Target integrations with other marketing and analytics platforms
- Leading the development of JavaScriptbased customizations and extensions for Adobe Target
- Training and supporting internal teams on Adobe Target best practices and capabilities
- Staying current with industry trends and best practices in personalization and A/B testing
- Collaborating with UX/UI teams to ensure optimized user experiences based on testing results
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Business Information Technology or related field
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing and personalization using Adobe Target
- Proficiency in Adobe Target including campaign setup segmentation and reporting
- Strong understanding of A/B testing and multivariate testing methodologies
- Experience with JavaScript and integrating thirdparty tools with Adobe Target
- Ability to analyze data and draw actionable insights to drive optimization strategies
- Knowledge of digital analytics and reporting tools such as Adobe Analytics
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work across multidisciplinary teams
- Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in conversion rates and user engagement
- Certification in Adobe Target is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fastpaced environment
- Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail
- Understanding of user experience principles and best practices
