Job Description
Location – PAN India
Levels – SA & SM level
JD for SA Level GenAI Tech SME
Essential Skills:
- 7 years of experience in IT or L&D industry
- 4 years of experience in IT development projects incl. 3 years as a technical/solutions lead development projects or programs.
- Solid understanding of generative AI and related technologies.
- Should have handson experience in at least two or more of the following Python R Java Data Modelling and related tools ML algorithms and models AI Platforms usage of AI Services from providers such as AWS Azure GCP AI Deployment and Security
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into engaging and understandable learning materials.
- Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross functional teams to achieve common goals.
- Analytical mindset and fast learner
- Experience in building and leading teams to manage complex technical projects/programs.
- Open to changing carer track and moving to Cognizant L&D
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop comprehensive learning curriculums that cover generative AI concepts tools and best practices tailored to specific learning needs and business objectives.
- Analyse learning needs business objectives and enterprise goals to propose effective learning strategies.
- Learning plans assessments and content creation that cater to the evergrowing Gen AI training needs.
- Design learning experiences that enable associates to develop and implement generative AI models and applications.
- Design and development of learning events for Generative AI.
- Design interactive courses and workshops that cater to various skill levels from beginners to advanced.
- Collaborate with AI experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of learning content.
- Need to come from a technology background to have the ability to understand and learn about various GenAI tools and technologies both current and any new emerging skills.
- Ability to independently converse with business on their GenAI requirement and then design programs as required.
- Lead team of SMEs. Provide leadership and guidance for team members.Collaborate and build relationships at all levels of the organization
