Job Description

Overview:

The Customer Support Specialist plays a crucial role in providing exceptional support to our Kannadaspeaking customers. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction and promoting brand loyalty.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone email and chat in a timely and professional manner
  • Identify customer needs and concerns and provide suitable solutions or escalate issues as necessary
  • Resolve customer complaints with patience and empathy aiming for firstcall resolution
  • Assist customers in navigating our products and services offering guidance and troubleshooting advice
  • Document all customer interactions and the steps taken to resolve their issues
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure swift resolution of customer concerns
  • Stay updated on product knowledge and company policies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Participate in ongoing training and skill development programs to enhance customer support capabilities
  • Contribute to the improvement of support processes and procedures
  • Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times representing the companys values


Required Qualifications:

  • Fluency in Kannada and proficiency in English
  • Proven customer support experience or relevant role
  • Strong communication and active listening skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment
  • Empathetic approach towards customer concerns and complaints
  • Technical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot basic software and hardware issues
  • Solid problemsolving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work well in a team and collaborate effectively
  • Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualifications will be a plus
