Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR) LATAM
Location:
Remote (MST Time Zones)
Salary Range:
up to 3000 USD

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM (MST)

Position Overview:

We are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our team. This is a highactivity outbound prospecting role responsible for generating qualified meetings with decisionmakers at target accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record in B2B sales using outbound calling email and LinkedIn to engage with potential clients. The BDR will work to build and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities and convert those opportunities into meetings with senior executives at small to mediumsized US companies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Outbound Prospecting: Conduct highvolume outbound calls emails and LinkedIn messages to engage potential clients.
  • Lead Generation: Generate qualified meetings with decisionmakers and identify new business opportunities.
  • CRM & Dialer Tools: Utilize CRM tools and dialer systems to track progress and manage outreach activities.
  • Relationship Building: Build and nurture relationships with prospective clients through strategic communication.
  • Sales Reporting: Provide regular updates on progress outreach effectiveness and conversion rates.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience as a BDR or in a similar role with a focus on outbound prospecting.
  • Skills: Excellent communication skills in English both verbal and written.
  • Tech Proficiency: Familiarity with CRM tools and dialer systems.
  • High Energy & Drive: Ability to thrive in a highactivity sales environment with a focus on results.

NicetoHaves:

  • Familiarity with B2B sales and experience engaging with small to mediumsized businesses in the US market.
