Our Proposal
We are looking for a skilled Business Analyst to join the development team. This role will be key in understanding business needs aligning them with development deliverables and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The ideal candidate will bring expertise in requirements gathering documentation and change management within an agile framework.
Responsibilities:
Requirement Elicitation and Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements conduct comprehensive workshops and document detailed product specifications.
Documentation and Specification: Develop clear thorough documentation including functional requirements process maps and flowcharts using tools like BPMN and UML.
Stakeholder Communication: Present insights findings and recommendations to stakeholders in an accessible and clear manner.
Requirements Validation and Verification: Partner with quality assurance to validate project deliverables and perform software testing.
Change Management: Identify the impact of proposed changes manage requests and support change activities.
Process Improvement: Proactively seek areas for enhancement system upgrades and automation opportunities to streamline operations.
Requirements:
Skills:
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
- Strong communication abilities capable of translating technical terms for nontechnical stakeholders.
- Fluency in written and spoken English (B2 level).
Knowledge and Experience:
- 2 years as a Business Analyst with experience in agile environments.
- Proficiency in requirement elicitation process modeling and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Experience in SQL scripting and knowledge of REST API preferred.
Education: Bachelors or Masters degree in Engineering Computer Science or equivalent experience.
