LOOKING FOR LATAM CANDIDATES
Job Title: (LatAm) Accountant
Work Hours: MF 9AM5PM CST (Minnesota)
Salary Range: $1500$2500/month
ABOUT THE COMPANY
About the Role:
We are looking for a talented accountant to support our accounting manager in all aspects of the accounting function.
Responsibilities:
Will support the key accounting functions such as tax filings monthly accruals commission processing and reconciliation reviews.
Will assist with project setup and financial management
Will coordinate project tasks and managing purchase orders
Will provide administrative assistance to the PC/Purchasing team as a backup.
Will collaborate closely with both the delivery and accounting teams to maintain operational efficiency and financial accuracy.
Requirements:
5 years accounting experience preferably with diverse client exposure
Remote work experience with US companies
Strong English communication skills crucial; slight accent acceptable
Adaptability to learn Q360 ERP system (more comprehensive than QuickBooks) company's full business management software
The role requires strong organizational skills and high attention to detail
Has the ability to multitask in a fastpaced environment
