Job Description

  • The Head Hr will be responsible for building a strong performance driven culture through appropriate HR interventions talent management learning and leadership development.

  • Strong knowledge in formulating and executing Human Resource Strategy which aligns to the overall business goals.

  • Implement functional HRMS and internal databases across all departments and locations

  • Be a strategic advisor on all aspects of people management for the organization.

  • Encourage employee participation and contribution to the growth and wellbeing of the business.

  • Guide and coach the HR team to deliver efficient highquality HR solutions and services with respect to Recruitment onboarding Performance Management Employee Engagement Training and Development Rewards and Benefits Workforce Administration Workforce Retention.

  • Design and reframe company policies and procedures

  • Review and update our employment contracts and agreements

  • Prepare proper budgets suitable for the department

  • Track key HR metrics like cost per hire and retention rates

  • Manage internal communication projects (like job satisfaction surveys)

  • Ensure our recordkeeping and data processing procedures comply with MAKAUT s inspections.

  • Provide professional leadership and support including legislation on data protection the Equality Act and health and safety.

  • Drive the continuous improvement through employee welfare and engagement activities maximising productivity.

  • Strengthening the organisational culture by ensuring company values vision and mission are refelected such as diversity equality and inclusion.



Requirements

  • Excellent knowledge of HR Practices with exceptional leadership qualities.

  • Develop and nurture relationships across departments.

  • Sound understanding of Compliances and accepted professional standards policies procedures and legislation.

  • Aware of the emerging HR trends with an abulity to analyse & review HR data.

  • The ability to create people strategy.

  • Commitment to continual personal development

  • Specifications: Should have experience of establishing Human Resources as a strategic corporate asset and tool in building a proper balance between academic and corporate culture. 810 years of proven experience in the domain.
