Objectives
Interpret build upon and comply with company quality assurance standards
Ensure that products features produced by dev team meet the desired quality standards
Catch all issues / bugs and regressions before allowing a ticket to proceed to production
Responsibilities
becoming a solution experts of the platform as a user or admin
documenting quality assurance activities and create audit reports
Plan execute and oversee product inspection and testing for quality and conformance to specifications and
deliverables
Create training materials and operating manuals
Tasks
create test cases and test scenarios for all tickets that is assigned
perform the required tests of the features within the product to validate it meet requirements and acceptance
criterias
be available for assisting developers / ops when needed
give product demos on newly developed features
raise any issues that are encountered during testing of the product new features
reviewing feature documentation and making sure understanding is sufficient on use cases and how to build test
cases
update test scenarios master list
provide accurate and understandable information on why a particular ticket has failed QA
provide assistance to QA automation to integrate the manual tests scenarii into the automation flows
make necessary recommendations for improvement to meet expected quality standards
create testing protocols for implementation on all type of new developments (UX backend enduser feature
admin UI...)

Basic Qualifications for Software Developers, emphasis on frontend UI/UX development Web development experience with frontend frameworks such as React and Angular Experience using modern web development technologies and techniques, including HTML/CSS, JavaScript, Responsive Design, web services, etc. Strong communication skills - written and verbal English Ability to work individually or as part of a team College degree in computer science, computer engineering or related technical discipline Preferred Qualifications for Software Developers, emphasis on frontend UI/UX development Experience designing and building web applications Experience in UX usability optimization and ability to design UI elements based on abstract requirements Experience integrating frontend with REST APIs Experience developing web UI elements using React library and TypeScript(JavaScript) Fundamental understanding of Git and experience using Git integration tools such as GitHub and Bitbucket Previous experience in Agile development within a scrum environment Ability to effectively articulate technical challenges and solutions Deal well with ambiguous/undefined problems and ability to think abstractly
