Job Description
Job Title: Service Engineer
City/Town: Mumbai
About the Employer: A leading auto service provider dedicated to efficient vehicle maintenance and exceptional customer care.
Scope of the Job:
- Coordinate with parts suppliers for procurement.
- Oversee daily activities with workshop engineers.
- Prepare and discuss estimations and invoices with customers.
- Handle customer interactions and collect payments.
- Collaborate with technicians for car inspections and trials.
- Ensure smooth workflow by coordinating with team members and superiors.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Automobile Engineering (3 years) or Degree in Automobile Engineering (4 years).
- 2 to 5 years of relevant experience.
- Proficiency in English communication.
- Preferred: Own motorbike nearby location and valid drivers licenses.
