Job Description
The Odoo Technology Lead will oversee the design development and implementation of Odoobased ERP solutions. This role is responsible for managing the technical aspects of Odoo projects collaborating with crossfunctional teams and ensuring successful delivery of customized solutions to meet business needs.
The Odoo Technology Lead will also play a key role in mentoring the development team and driving innovation in ERP solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design development and deployment of Odoo applications and modules.
- Customize Odoo ERP modules (Sales Purchase Inventory Accounting CRM etc.) based on business requirements.
- Oversee the integration of thirdparty applications and external APIs with Odoo.
- Serve as the technical expert for all Odoorelated solutions and development.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior developers and team members. - Establish best practices in Odoo development testing and deployment.
Ensure code quality and efficient performance of Odoo applications. - Collaborate with project managers and business analysts to translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Manage timelines and deliverables for Odoorelated projects.
Conduct feasibility studies and provide effort estimations for customizations and integrations. - Design robust scalable and highperformance Odoo ERP architectures.
Lead innovation efforts in ERP solutions by evaluating emerging technologies and tools. - Drive improvements in Odoo development processes and methodologies.
- Oversee the maintenance of Odoo applications ensuring smooth functioning and regular updates.
- Troubleshoot issues related to Odoo implementations and provide timely solutions.
Monitor system performance and implement necessary improvements.
