Job Description

Overview:

The Accounts Executive plays a vital role in managing financial transactions analyzing financial data and preparing reports. This position is crucial in ensuring the financial stability and efficiency of the organization by maintaining accurate financial records and providing insights for decisionmaking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage accounts payable/receivable and ensure timely payments and accurate invoicing
  • Conduct financial analysis and generate reports on financial performance
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting activities
  • Reconcile bank statements and ensure all financial transactions are properly recorded
  • Prepare and maintain financial documents and reports
  • Assist in the preparation of tax returns and financial audits
  • Handle payroll processing and employee reimbursements
  • Monitor financial discrepancies and implement corrective measures
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support financial operations
  • Provide support for financial decisionmaking and strategic planning
  • Stay updated on accounting principles and regulations
  • Assist in the implementation of financial policies and procedures
  • Contribute to the development of financial strategies and goals
  • Communicate with clients vendors and financial institutions
  • Participate in financial meetings and provide insights on financial performance

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Accounting Finance or related field
  • Professional certification such as CPA or CMA is preferred
  • Proven experience in accounting or financial role
  • Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel
  • Strong understanding of financial principles and practices
  • Excellent analytical and problemsolving skills
  • Knowledge of tax regulations and compliance
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in financial data
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
  • Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis
  • High level of integrity and ethical standards
  • Adaptability to evolving financial processes and technologies
