Responsibilities:
Source screen and interview candidates for IT / NonIT positions Manage onboarding and training programs for new hires Process timesheets calculate and verify payroll data and resolve payrollrelated issues Prepare and analyze recruitment and payrollrelated reports Manage all aspects of the payroll process including processing timesheets calculating and verifying payroll data and resolving any payrollrelated issues Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and regulations related to payroll and recruitment Maintain accurate and uptodate candidate and employee records in our HRIS system and Offline. Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews technical assessments and behavioral questions) Other HRrelated duties as assigned Qualifications:
MBA degree in HR Business. Strong understanding of HR and payroll laws and regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment Experience with HRIS systems and other HRrelated software Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships with candidates and hiring managers
