We are seeking a dynamic and resultsoriented Business Development Operations professional to join our team. You will play a crucial role in supporting and optimizing our business development efforts ensuring efficient processes accurate data management and overall operational excellence.
Sales Pipeline Management:
- Track and manage the sales pipeline ensuring data accuracy and uptodate information.
- Analyze pipeline metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Provide regular pipeline reports and forecasts to management.
Proposal Development and Management:
- Collaborate with sales team to develop winning proposals.
- Ensure proposals adhere to company standards and guidelines.
- Track proposal progress and followup on outstanding items.
Contract Management:
- Review and negotiate contracts with clients.
- Ensure contracts are executed accurately and in a timely manner.
- Manage contract renewals and amendments.
Process Improvement:
- Identify opportunities to streamline and improve business development processes.
- Implement process changes and measure their effectiveness.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field.
- 23 years of experience in business development operations or a similar role.
- Excellent data analysis and reporting skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
