Overview

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute test cases scripts plans and procedures to ensure high product quality.
• Identify analyze and document defects errors and inconsistencies in software and applications.
• Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand product requirements and ensure that they are met through testing.
• Conduct usability testing and identify areas for improvement to enhance user experience.
• Create and maintain testing documentation including test cases test plans and defect reports.
• Participate in product design reviews to provide input on functional requirements product designs schedules and potential issues.
• Conduct regression testing for new releases and updates to existing applications.
• Utilize various testing tools and methodologies to ensure comprehensive testing coverage.
• Provide timely and accurate feedback to internal teams on product quality and performance.
• Work closely with developers to resolve and retest identified defects.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by suggesting process enhancements and quality improvements.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies to enhance testing processes.
• Communicate test results and quality issues to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
• Participate in postlaunch activities including monitoring and analyzing user feedback and product performance.
• Collaborate with customer support teams to address qualityrelated customer inquiries and issues.

Required qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Analyst QA Tester or similar role.
• Proficiency in testing methodologies tools and processes.
• Strong understanding of software development lifecycle and Agile methodologies.
• Experience with test management tools and defect tracking systems.
• Advanced knowledge of testing techniques for web mobile and desktop applications.
• Ability to analyze complex systems and processes to identify quality improvement opportunities.
• Excellent problemsolving and critical thinking skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with crossfunctional teams.
• Detailoriented approach with a focus on delivering highquality results.
• Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fastpaced environment.
• Certifications such as ISTQB or CSTE are a plus.
• Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks is advantageous.
• Familiarity with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) processes.
• Strong organizational and time management skills to meet project deadlines.
