Job Summary:
The Relationship Manager will play a key role in managing and nurturing client relationships within our stock broking house. This position is responsible for providing exceptional service to clients advising them on investment opportunities and ensuring a seamless trading experience. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of financial markets strong interpersonal skills and a commitment to client success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Relationship Management: Acquisition of New customers and maintain strong relationships with clients understanding their investment goals and preferences to provide tailored solutions.
- Advisory Services: Offer expert guidance on market trends investment strategies and financial products to help clients make informed decisions.
- Account Management: Oversee client accounts ensuring accuracy in trading and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Customer Support: Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly providing timely updates on market changes and account status.
- Performance Monitoring: Track and analyse client portfolios recommending adjustments as necessary to optimize performance.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market developments economic indicators and investment opportunities sharing insights with clients regularly.
- Sales Growth: Identify opportunities for upselling and crossselling financial products and services to enhance client portfolios.
- Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (trading compliance research) to ensure a cohesive client experience and effective of trades.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Economics or a related field; relevant certifications (NISM) is a plus.
- Experience: 35 years of experience in relationship management sales or client advisory roles within the financial services or stock broking industry.
- Skills:
- Strong knowledge of financial markets investment products and trading processes.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on client engagement.
- Proficient in CRM software and trading platforms.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data and trends.
