Key Responsibilities:
- Branch Operations:
- Oversee daily operations of the branch to ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
- Implement operational procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Team Management:
- Recruit train and mentor branch staff to maximize performance and engagement.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their investment needs.
- Address client inquiries and resolve issues promptly to ensure high satisfaction.
- Sales and Business Development:
- Achieve sales targets by developing strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.
- Conduct market research to identify opportunities for growth.
- Financial Management:
- Monitor branch financial performance including revenue expenses and profitability.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor s degree in Finance Business Administration or a related field (MBA preferred).
- 8 years of experience in stock broking or financial services with at least 5 years in a managerial role.
- Strong knowledge of financial markets investment products and regulatory frameworks.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing a team effectively.
- Excellent communication interpersonal and leadership skills.
- Proficient in using financial software and tools.
