The JD is to:
-
Lead mentor and coordinate teams in Agile methodology.
-
Gather and manage requirements define user stories with the right acceptance criteria and business rules.
-
Create business process flows and liaise with the UX team for creating wireframes.
-
Conduct user training sessions with multiple stakeholders.
-
Help clients identify various digital automation opportunities in key business processes.
-
Work on projects that impact the top line and deliver significant value and business to clients ranging from increasing revenue to process optimization.

Manage product management API integrations master data management process automation and cybersecurity projects.

Facilitate strong collaboration with onsite teams and effective client communications.
Key Skills:
-
Proven experience in product management API integrations master data management process automation and cybersecurity.
-
Expertise in gathering and managing requirements defining user stories creating business process flows and conducting user training sessions
-
Strong facilitation skills excellent written and verbal communication skills and effective collaboration with onsite teams.
-
Certified SAFe Product OwnerProduct Manager.
Preferred Skills:
-
Knowledge of industry specific business processes and systems
-
Experience with data analysis and visualization tools
Candidate Profile:
- Total 8 years of work experience in the IT industry with 5 years as a Digital Consultant and Product Owner / Product Manager.
- Currently working as a Product ManagerProduct Owner with 5 years of strong experience in leading mentoring and coordinating in Agile methodology.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Certification in Business Analysis eg CBAP CCBA is a plus
