We are seeking a dynamic and detailoriented BPO HR Recruiter with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing screening and selecting top talent for various roles within our BPO division. The recruiter will also manage the full recruitment cycle and ensure a smooth onboarding process for new hires.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Source candidates through job portals social media referrals and internal databases.
- Screening: Conduct interviews and assess candidates based on the job requirements.
- Coordination: Arrange interviews with hiring managers and ensure a timely feedback process.
- Documentation: Handle all necessary documentation related to the recruitment and onboarding process.
- Relationship Building: Maintain strong relationships with hiring managers candidates and stakeholders.
- Reporting: Provide regular updates on recruitment metrics and progress.
- Employer Branding: Promote the companys brand and culture to attract the best talent.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment preferably in the BPO industry.
- Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of recruitment best practices and HR software.
- Ability to handle multiple roles simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using ATS and job portals.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience recruiting for BPO or customer service roles.
- Familiarity with highvolume hiring.
