Overview:
The Customer Sales Executive Outbound plays a crucial role in driving the outbound sales operations for the organization. This position is responsible for generating leads engaging with potential customers and closing sales deals to contribute to the companys revenue growth and market expansion. The Customer Sales Executive Outbound is a key player in the sales team working closely with the sales manager and other team members to meet and exceed sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Initiate and maintain outbound sales calls to potential customers
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calling and other proactive sales activities
- Present products or services to potential customers
- Negotiate and close sales deals
- Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to potential and existing customers
- Collaborate with the sales team to effectively achieve organizational goals
- Adhere to sales processes and procedures
- Utilize CRM software to manage customer interactions and sales process
- Stay updated with product knowledge and sales techniques
- Report on sales activities and outcomes to the sales manager
- Participate in sales training and development programs
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of sales strategies and tactics
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Marketing or a related field
- Proven experience in outbound sales or telemarketing
- Demonstrated success in meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
- Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced targetdriven environment
- Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office
- Strong problemsolving and decisionmaking skills
