Job Title: Store Executive

Job Summary:
The Store Executive in a real estate company is responsible for managing and maintaining materials tools and equipment required for construction and real estate projects. They ensure proper inventory control procurement and distribution of supplies across different project sites while adhering to company policies and safety standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records of materials tools and equipment at the store and project sites.
Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.
Ensure timely procurement and replenishment of construction materials and office supplies.
Coordinate with suppliers and vendors for material procurement as per project requirements.
Verify received materials for quality and quantity before accepting them into inventory.
Organize and store materials systematically for easy accessibility.
Ensure safe handling storage and disposal of materials in compliance with safety regulations.
Maintain stock registers and material consumption reports.
Generate daily weekly and monthly inventory reports for management review as required.
Identify discrepancies in stock and take corrective action.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelors degree or diploma
8 years of experience in inventory management or storekeeping in the real estate/construction industry.
Knowledge of construction materials tools and equipment.
Strong organizational and problemsolving skills.
Proficiency in inventory management software and Microsoft Office.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
