Job Description
Job Opening: Store Operations Manager
We are thrilled to offer an exceptional employment opportunity in Fiji a captivating island nation in the South Pacific Ocean. This position provides the chance to work internationally and participate in diverse crosscultural interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with store personnel internal departments procurement and warehouse team to ensure efficient and punctual operations.
- Ensure adherence to all pertinent regulations and policies.
- Monitor and oversee the movement and placement of merchandise.
- Maintain a safe and hygienic store environment to safeguard employees and customers.
- Foster positive relationships with customers and internal staff.
Terms of Employment:
- Contract Duration: 3 years
- Salary: Rs 50000
- Working Days: Monday to Saturday
- Working Hours: 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
- Age Requirement: 30 to 40 years old
- Accommodation: Provided by employer
- Food: Self
Requirements
Requirements:
- Education: Any Graduate
- Experience: Minimum 5 years
- Relevant experience in managing a supermarket with 30 staff
- Proficient in English (listening reading and speaking)
- Outgoing sociable and possess strong leadership abilities
- Mandatory possession of a valid passport
Benefits
3 years Contract if performance good renewed for another 3 years.
Incase contract is renewed then wages will be increased for a period of another 3 years.
Will be given 1 Round Trip Air Fare (IndiaFijiIndia) free of cost every 3 years.
Will get free accommodation in Fiji & free travel to work while fooding cost will be borne by the candidate which is approx. Rs 5000 per month.
Annual Leaves: Sick Leave will be 10 days Annual Leave will be 10 days per year along with Gazetted Holidays listed by the Govt of Fiji.
