Job Description:

This role will collaborate across business partners technical engineers data architects and project managers to design develop and enhance data analytics and reporting solutions. This position will be responsible for architecting implementing and optimizing complex data systems and analytics solutions. This role demands expertise in data engineering data modeling advanced analytics and leadership in technical projects. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing largescale data projects.

This role is focused on the Strategic Revenue Growth Management (SRGM) portion of the business but may include collaboration with other US commercial functions such as Sales Retail Category Management Consumer Insights Planning Marketing and Digital. Candidates should have a solid understanding of Trade strategies and theyll work closely with leaders and product owners to develop an integrated data landscape that connects each function.

What Youll Do

• Partner with the clients SRGM team & various IS teams to review the existing solution
• Make changes to reenable the use for SRGM use
• Make enhancements to meet business needs document the solution and help plan the roadmap for future enhancements
• Review existing capability (combination of Snowflake SQL Alteryx and Tableau)
• Discuss current and future state with business to determine requirements
• Build remediation / enhancement plan
• Partner with Business & Information Services team to execute plan
• Conduct testing with stakeholders
• Document updated capability

Required:

• 58 years of Tableau experience
• 58 years of Power BI experience
• 58 years of Alteryx experience
• 58 years of SQL experience
• 58 years of Snowflake experience
• Experience with Revenue Growth Management (RGM) data & capabilities preferably within CPG
• Experience operating independently on a crossfunctional project across Information Systems Business partners across various business units
