What will you do The Lead/Senior Manager of Social Content and Community is a strategic and creative leadership role designed to bridge the gap between our brand and the vibrant community that surrounds it. This position is responsible for developing and executing an integrated digital strategy that encompasses content strategy/creation creator/influencer partnerships and general community building with a significant focus on YouTube and other social media platforms. Youll play a pivotal role in shaping our online narrative driving brand awareness and fostering a loyal community.
- Craft and implement a comprehensive digital strategy around organic social media (YouTube TikTok Instagram Facebook X) content creation community engagement brand voice and creator/influencer partnerships.
- Lead the charge in expanding our social media presence through innovative content strategies channel optimizations and community engagement tactics that resonate with new and existing audiences alike.
- Oversee the production of compelling highquality content across all platforms both paid and organic that aligns with our brands voice and values driving creativity strategic insights and audience growth.
- Cultivate relationships with influencers creators and brand ambassadors to build a robust community of advocates and collaborators who share our passion.
- Partner closely with the brand partnerships team to create and/or leverage aspirational user generated content while driving brand awareness
- Analyze performance metrics across all organic digital channels to refine and optimize our approach ensuring we meet or exceed specific goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate closely with marketing sales and product teams to ensure a cohesive and integrated brand experience for our community.
- Manage and mentor a team of social media content and community professionals fostering a culture of creativity collaboration and continuous learning and growth.
- Monitor and engage with audiences in blogs and endemic platforms (Reddit etc.)
- Stay ahead of the curve on social media trends digital content strategies tools/technology and community engagement practices continuously exploring new opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Oversee and manage planning content calendars reporting and optimizations across all social platforms
- Oversee all thirdparty digital vendors including fee negotiations
What will you need
- 69 years of experience in social media management content strategy community building and influencer/creator programs particularly within YouTube and other social platforms.
- Demonstrated success in developing and executing comprehensive digital strategies that drive engagement growth and community loyalty.
- Exceptional storytelling and content creation skills with the ability to craft messages that engage inspire and mobilize audiences.
- Deep understanding of social media analytics performance tracking and algorithm optimization to inform strategic decisions.
- Leadership experience with a track record of mentoring and developing teams fostering an environment of innovation and high performance.
- Passion for the automotive industry and car care with an understanding of the communitys values and interests.
- Experience building and managing creator/influencer strategies and relationships.
