Location: Tampa Florida
SayCom Staffing building a new vertical in the skilled trades (HVAC Electricians Construction Managers) and Legal Professionals (Paralegals Legal Assistants)
Job Description:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Director of Business Development to lead our new business acquisition efforts in Tampa Florida.
The Director of Business Development will play a key role in driving growth and expanding our client base in the skilled trades and legal professions.
This individual will have the opportunity to build and lead a highperforming team of Account Executives and shape the strategic direction of our business development initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive new business and acquire clients in the skilled trades (HVAC Electricians Construction Managers) and legal professions (Paralegals Legal Assistants)
- Lead and mentor a team of Account Executives to achieve sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking prospecting and relationship building
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful client onboarding and delivery of services
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business development strategies
Requirements:
- 5 years of proven experience as an Account Executive with a track record of success in new business development
- Previous experience in agency staffing or recruitment industry
- Previous experience staffing in Skilled Trades and/or Legal Professions
- Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or related field
- Strong communication negotiation and strategic planning skills
- Selfmotivated resultsdriven and able to work effectively in a fastpaced environment
