• As a senior business analyst or business analyst you will be involved in largescale global settlement (SWIFT) transformation projects and other financial projects
  
• You will be involved in business analysis and requirement definition with customers (business IT users) and will perform business analysis consulting work at various stages of requirements design and test support for the implementation of global payment packages
  
• With the support of our global payment experts we will help clients document their requirements
  
• Stand between the customer and the global payment package vendor and help decide on a solution based on each requirement
  
• Work with the onsite team (bilingual BA/PM team) and offshore team (global payment package experts) to execute projects
  

Requirements

• 5 years of experience in the IT industry for the banking and financial industry or experience in the financial industry
  
• 2 years of experience in upstream system processes (business analysis requirements definition) in the banking and financial industry or 5 years of experience in banking operations
  
• Business knowledge and experience in corporate settlement operations related to overseas remittances are preferred
  
• Experience in coordinating between multiple and diverse stakeholders in largescale complex projects is preferred
  

• Senior business analyst in the banking and financial industry or someone who wants to utilize their excellent business understanding communication skills and documentation skills as a business analyst
  
• High adaptability to the environment. Able to work in a mixed team of onsite (client) and offshore (mainly in India) to elaborate ideas and work collaboratively
