Head of Investor Relations and ESG

Stillfront Group is seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Investor Relations and ESG (Environmental Social and Governance) reporting to the Group CFO. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the investor relations strategy communicating the companys financial performance growth strategy and ESG initiatives to investors analysts and the broader financial community. This role requires a strategic thinker with a doer attitude a strong understanding of capital markets and ESG trends.

Your Mission

• Develop and implement an investor relations strategy that effectively communicates Stillfront Groups value proposition growth strategy financial performance and ESG initiatives to the investor community
  

• Serve as the primary point of contact for analysts institutional investors and individual shareholders

• Prepare and present financial and strategic information in earnings calls investor conferences oneonone meetings and other investor events

• Work closely with the CEO CFO and other key stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting and compliance with regulatory requirements

• Monitor and analyze industry trends peer performance and investor perceptions to provide strategic insights to the leadership team

• Lead the development and dissemination of investor materials such as press releases investor presentations annual reports and ESG reports

• Drive the integration of ESG considerations into the corporate strategy and operations ensuring alignment with investor expectations and best practices

• Maintain a comprehensive understanding of regulations and guidelines regarding investor relations and ESG disclosures

• Manage the investor relations section of the company website keeping it up to date with the latest news financial information and ESG developments

Your Backstory

• Bachelors degree in Finance Economics Business Administration or related field. A Masters degree or CFA is a plus
  

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in investor relations finance or capital markets a proven track record with the technology sector is seen as a plus

• Deep understanding of financial statements equity markets and investor relations best practices

• Strong knowledge of ESG and CSRD framework as well as experience in developing and communicating ESG strategies and reports

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Swedish with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner

• Exceptional interpersonal skills and a team player with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders including staff board members external partners and investors

• Strategic thinker with a doer attitude with strong analytical and problemsolving skills

• Ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fastpaced environment

• Proficient in MS Office and investor relations software
