About the role
In this role youll work sidebyside with the founder andCEO of Brite Payments running projects on her behalfmanaging her schedule coordinating key meetings and ensuring smooth operations of her daytoday activities. Responsibilities
Work directly with the CEO to support all aspects of her daily work routine
Lead and coordinate projects on her behalf in close alliance with the Chief of Staff
Full calendar management for the CEO including scheduling meetings appointments and all travel arrangements
Organise and prepare for meetings including gathering documents and attending to logistics of meetings sharing meeting materials with participants and following up on deliveries
Managing email and other correspondence on the CEOs behalf
Planning and coordinating the CEOs attendance and speaking engagements at conferences and events together with the Communications team
Support in the organisation of gifts and entertainment
Other assignments and projects as directed by the CEO
What we are looking for
Were looking for a detailoriented selfstarter who exhibits sound judgement with the ability to prioritise and make decisions. The ideal candidate has the following characteristics and competencies:
A team player capable of cultivating productive working relationships across the business
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Very well organised with an ability to prioritise and execute effectively
Proven project management skills and a solutionorientated approach to problems
Exceptional attention to detail high levels of accuracy and strong time management
An ability to manage both internal and external stakeholders
Highest degree of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information with utmost discretion
Resourceful cando attitude
Thrives in a fastpaced environment
Requirements
Strong written and spoken English. German or French are a bonus
Relevant work experience with a minimum of three years spent in an Executive Assistant role
Excellent GSuite or MS Office skills
