About this role

As part of our Information Technologyteam you will working alongside passionate and innovative professionals to ensure our customers achieve their goals.

The Dynamics AX FunctionalSpecialistis responsible for support the TFS Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system by gathering and evaluating userrequirements documenting business processes and configuring DAX system. Ensure propersupport of DAX system following Microsofts Sure Step methodology

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide application support to super users and end users of the TFS Microsoft Dynamics AXERP system
• Review and highlight potential enhancements. Verify business needs define and documentuser requirements recommend solutions and actively participate in implementation
• Perform gap analysis between package functionality and customer requirements. Identify andhelp design customizations workaround or enhancements required to meet customer needs
• Define document and analyze enhancement and bug fix requests following a formal changemanagement process. Help system users and business owner to prioritize change requests
• Coordinate design workshops and create pilot / demo systems to match the customersexpectations
• Assist with training of users on new processes and product
• Fulfill service requests and inquiries
• Maintain close working relationships with the internal business customer IT teams andexternal vendors to support DAX system
• Support existing integrations with other applications and recommend new integrations toimprove efficiency and productivity

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree or above
• Minimum of 3 years of DAX functional specialist / consultant experience (full life cycle projects)
• Dynamics AX 2012 R3 / 2009 Finance
• Dynamics AX 2012 R3 / Projects
• Dynamics AX 2012 R3 HR
• D365 Operations and Finance
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Clear communicator with excellent command of English both oral and written
• Organized methodical and detailed oriented
• Quick and adaptable learner with excellent problem solving skills
