The Requirements Coordinator is a key contributor to BES overall customer service and serves as a liaison between DTMB Business Areas and ThirdParty Contractors. In this role the employee is a champion for their assigned application work to stay in compliance with DTMB policies and practices. This individual will be looked upon to provide technical support to other team members mentor other MDARD staff and evaluate new technologies and agency systems for points of integration and creating a better experience for users. As prompted by proposed legislation enhancement requests or changes in governmental processes or procedures this employee will evaluate document and inform MDARD management and supported business area partners of impact and risks to current and future applications as the need arises.
