Job Description

Robotics Specialist 100% Travel

United States (Remote)

We are seeking a skilled and innovative Industrial Automation and Robotics Specialist with extensive experience in Siemens automation systems to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background with a focus on Siemens TIA Portal particularly versions 17 and 18 and robotics. Your expertise will be crucial in enhancing our production processes ensuring adherence to Siemens standards and driving efficiency.

Responsibilities:

  • Design install and maintain automated systems and robotic equipment using Siemens TIA Portal V17 and V18 to meet specific production needs.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to analyze process requirements and recommend Siemensbased automation solutions.
  • Ensure systems comply with Siemens standards industry standards and safety regulations.
  • Provide technical support and training to staff on Siemens TIA Portal automated and robotic systems.
  • Troubleshoot Siemens system issues minimize downtime and recommend solutions to prevent recurrence.
  • Monitor Siemensbased automation processes document results and suggest improvements aligned with the latest TIA Portal advancements.
  • Stay current with the latest technologies and methodologies in Siemens industrial automation and robotics.

Qualifications:

  • Proficiency with Siemens TIA Portal V17 and V18 PLC programming robotic control systems and CAD software.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills particularly in Siemensbased environments.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple Siemensbased projects and meet deadlines.
  • Familiarity with Siemens standards industry standards and safety protocols.
