As an HR Manager you will oversee all aspects of human resources practices and processes. You will manage recruitment employee relations performance management and compliance with labor laws. You will play a key role in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with the company s goals.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements
- Bachelor s degree in human resources business administration or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in human resources management.
- Strong knowledge of HR best practices and labor laws.
- Excellent leadership and decisionmaking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school. Membership in good standing with the provincial Bar. 3+ years of experience in corporate law, preferably in a law firm setting. Strong understanding of corporate law, including M&A, governance, and compliance. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
