Overview:
Our client a leading Management Consulting firm is seeking a highly qualified Workday Implementation Specialist with handson experience in Workday methodologies implementations and optimization for their toptier client. The specialist will guide the clients team through the transformation implementation and operation phases of a Workday implementation.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage Workday implementation and optimization projects.
Provide expertise in optimizing the implementation of Workday modules including Talent Marketplace.
Guide clients through the various phases of Workday transformation ensuring successful outcomes.
Qualifications:
Proven experience with Workday implementation and optimization.
Extensive experience with Talent Marketplace module.
Deep understanding of the Workday tech stack and HR technology.
Previous experience as an HR Technologist.
